She also holds an MA in Philosophical Apologetics from Houston Christian University. Piper is a writer and teacher and has been ministering in that capacity for over twenty years, though teaching at the academic level is her current pursuit. Piper has taught classes on discipleship, doctrine, Old and New Testaments, as well as women in the Bible, a class she wrote and developed based on her self-published book, A Life That Sings: Finding Your Song In the Midst of Brokenness. Piper is a contributor and staff writer for several online publications including Christian Women Online Magazine and served as a contributor and Copy Editor for SHINE Magazine. She is the founder and President of Theologos Ministries where she dabbles in ink with expositional teachings on the Word of God. The Scripture that guides her studies is Luke 24:32, “Were our hearts not burning within us when He was speaking to us on the road, while He was explaining the Scriptures to us?” (NASB). Piper lives in Colorado Springs and has three grown children.
